1. Eligibility and Service Area

  • Geographic Restriction: Our storefront and products are intended strictly for residents and businesses located within the United States and Canada. We do not accept orders or ship to addresses outside of these regions.
  • Account Responsibility: If you create a customer or dealer account on our Site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

2. Product Information and Modifications

  • Custom Customizations: Our products (including 4WD controllers, reverse modules, and fabrication parts) are designed for custom vehicle builds, off-road applications, and automotive modifications.
  • Modifications Notice: By purchasing and installing our products, you acknowledge that you are altering your vehicle’s factory electrical and/or drivetrain systems. You assume all responsibility for ensuring that these modifications are performed safely, correctly, and are compatible with your specific vehicle layout.

3. Limitation of Liability and Safety Warning

  • Installation Risks: While our products are designed for straightforward integration, professional installation is highly recommended. Improper installation, wiring modifications, reverse polarity connections, or failure to follow the provided product manuals can lead to vehicle damage, system malfunctions, personal injury, or property damage.
  • No Liability: In no event shall Design Fab Works, LLC, its owners, officers, or affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages (including, but not limited to, loss of use, vehicle downtime, towing fees, labor costs, or personal injury) arising from the installation, use, or misuse of our products. You install and use these components entirely at your own risk.

4. Intellectual Property

  • Ownership: All content on this Site—including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, product manuals, wiring diagrams, software code, circuit layouts, and product designs—is the exclusive intellectual property of Design Fab Works, LLC and is protected by United States and international copyright and trademark laws.
  • Restrictions: You may download and print our product manuals strictly for your personal use or to facilitate the installation of a product you purchased. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, reverse-engineer, or commercially exploit any of our proprietary designs or content without explicit written consent from Design Fab Works, LLC.

5. Pricing and Sales Tax

  • Pricing Accuracy: We reserve the right to correct any typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions related to pricing or product descriptions at any time without prior notice.
  • Order Rejection: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a system error.
  • Taxes: Applicable sales tax will be calculated and added to your checkout total based on your local state or provincial regulations.

6. Governing Law

These Terms and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services or products shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
