Do your products come with installation instructions?

Yes. All products include access to detailed installation guides, wiring diagrams, or pinout schematics. Digital copies are available for download directly from our website on our Product Manuals page or on the respective product page.

Is professional installation required?

While many of our plug-and-play modules can be installed by an experienced DIYer, we highly recommend professional installation for complex wiring or integration into custom setups. Modifying vehicle electrical and drivetrain systems without proper tools can cause severe component damage.

Can you build a custom wiring harness or controller for my specific project?

We love unique builds! Depending on our current shop schedule, we occasionally take on custom engineering, PCB design, or specialized fabrication work. Please reach out via our Contact Us page with your detailed project specs.

What should I do if a component arrives damaged or defective?

If a package arrives damaged or you suspect a component has a manufacturing defect right out of the box, please contact us immediately at info@designfab.works with your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can get it squared away for you.
